Our SMART Cooking System explained:

In the front side of the grill there is a built-in display from which you can select the type of the food you want to cook. The system has a predefined list of recipes you could cook, with icons for different types of food, like burgers, steaks, fish etc. However, its major feature is that you can manually insert your grilling preferences and cook any recipe the way you like it. Our Chef SMART™ series grills is also a pioneer in the following 4 areas:

• Healthy grilling: the embedded temperature sensor continuously monitors the base & charcoal heat allowing the smart elevation mechanisms to work simultaneously, determining also the speed and type of rotation.
• Electric Elevation Mechanism: gives you total control over the cooking temperature just by pressing the knob!
• Insulated Fire Bowl: Major charcoal savings can be achieved, since our fire bowl records only 10% heat loss compared to other charcoal grills. Achieve an optimal cooking temperature with significantly less charcoal! It’s that simple!
